About the Conference

icSoftComp2026 is the 8th comprehensive soft computing conference dealing with all aspects of soft computing. It is a leading international opportunity for AI (in general) and soft computing (in particular) professionals and users to investigate innovative ideas and outcomes, and to exchange experiences on various aspects of soft computing.

icSoftComp2026 aims to provide an excellent international forum to the researchers, academicians, students, and professionals in the areas of computer science and engineering to present their research, knowledge, new ideas and innovations. It will exhibit an exciting technical program. It will be composed of research presentations, keynote lectures, invited presentations, tutorials, panel discussions, and poster presentations.

Novel research in all practical areas of soft computing is sought. Submissions from academia, government, and industry are encouraged. We are now open for technical paper submission, proposals for workshops/special sessions, and proposal for tutorials.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

  • Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through Meteor of Springer. Paper submission links: https://meteor.springer.com/icSoftComp2026

  • Authors are advised to prepare their papers according to the Springer paper formatting guidelines (Word document/LaTeX).

  • Submit the manuscript of the paper in the CCIS one-column page format as
    • Full Paper: having 12 to 13 pages (including figures & tables), or
    • Short Paper: having 10 to 11 pages (including figures & tables)
    through Meteor: https://meteor.springer.com/icSoftComp2026 before last date for paper submission.
  • icSoftComp2026 follows DOUBLE-BLIND peer review system . During initial submission phase, authors must not include their names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and omit/disguise other details that may disclose identity. Initial papers with authors information will be rejected without sending for review.
  • Extra page length charges would be strictly applicable beyond 13 pages. You have to make a combined payment in such a case (i.e. Normal Registration + Extra Page Charges). Maximum two more extra pages can be allowed per paper with Extra payment charge per page [i.e. Rs. 1500/- (for Indian authors) and USD 50/- (for foreign authors)].
  • The abstract and title should be readable stand-alone and not contain any references or unexplained acronyms.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register at full rate for publishing the paper in the conference proceedings.
  • Every paper must have a separate full registration.
  • If the co-author wants to attend the conference or require certificate, they need to register under attendee category.
  • You are requested to attend the conference and present your paper under the oral presentation session.
  • The paper will not be uploaded for publication unless we receive the complete payment including extra pages.
